Rainy day Protein smoothie bowl

I woke up before the crack of Dawn and so started my day early, of course now it’s almost 5.30pm and I’m almost ready for bed. I Didn’t fuel myself post gym enough so I whipped up
This high protein bowl for a mid afternoon energy boost.

2 bananas chopped up and then frozen
3 handfuls of mixed frozen fruit
2tbsp of Greek Yogurt (optional)
1 scoop of protein powder

Blend everything together until smooth in a food processor scraping the bowl down as you go. This can take some time, but keep going and it will become smooth like ice-cream. You might want to add some Greek yogurt or almond milk to loosen it up a little if you like. Scrape the mixture into a bowl and then arrange your chosen frozen fruit on top.
