I am writing this for everyone, including myself. I have spent so many years not liking bits of my body and being that voice within that berates judges and compares. I have just returned from a week in New York where I have been filming a new show for the Food Network USA.  Some of you may know that I am a judge on a few shows there already. So happy to be eating Halloumi again. I had thought it was too high in fat for me to eat and so banished it from my eating plan. But now I am eating higher fats, I have been eating it at least once a week. It’s easy to make, just pan-fry in a little oil until it goes brown. I don’t bother browning it on all sides, I just a couple will do. Then tossed it in a bowl with the baby watercress, tomatoes, peas and basil. Delicious. Lorraine x
