NVQ Levels 1-3 for courses in Patissere, Patisserie and confectionery, Bakery and Kitchen and larder at your local college /university.
Further levels NVQ 4-6 can also be done in international Culinary Arts Management Patisserie or Kitchen and Larder

Check to see if your local cake shops do classes
Some of these courses are done one day a week intensively so you can also keep down a full time job at the same time which is great.
